Jay functioned as Chief Operating Officer of TEC Worldwide, an International Organization of CEOs and Company Presidents (a.k.a. Vistage). During his 7 year tenure he developed a number of unique marketing systems that helped grow TEC’s membership from just over 1000 CEO members to over 7500 CEO members worldwide.

Prior to his assuming his leadership role at TEC, he was president and sole proprietor of Vivex business systems, an office solutions company, in the San Francisco Bay area.

Jay has held senior executive positions with ADP (Automatic Data Processing) leading its growth from a $60 Million company to over $1 Billion when he left as VP of National Sales. He became president of Managistics, a  small payroll processor, and grew the company from $1 Million to over $22 Million in less than 3 years.

In 1999 Jay created CMSS: Creative Marketing and Sales Solutions which has been instrumental in helping to increase revenue and profits for companies in a number of industries, including: construction of water treatment plants, medical packaging, senior publishing, pallet manufacturing, irrigation products, machine tools, commercial real estate services, airline interior refurbishing, media design, public relations, advertising/marketing, and many others.

Jay is a guest speaker at several INC. Conferences and has directed workshops at the annual conventions of a number of trade associations.
