  1. In meeting with sales team facilitate:
    • identification of the benefits of the service and/or products of the company
    • determination if the sales process is a one step or two step close process
    • identification of the key questions to ask in the discovery stage of the sales process
  2. Identify the uncovering of pain and implication questions that will lead to a powerful benefit statement and close for the prospect.
  3. Break sales team into triads and role play each stage of the process
